PLS & TY To Kick Off Rooftop Concert Series This Summer In Denver May 16th

Denver, CO: April 2, 2019

Spring is here which mean Summer is near and if you’re anything like us, that means one very exciting thing. Patio Season! Or, if you’d rather, rooftop season! To celebrate, local Denver production company, Potent Productions, has announced an ambitious 5-part Summer Rooftop Concert Series taking place this season on the rooftop of one of Denver’s most well-known LoDo bars, Jacksons Downtown. Yesterday we learned PLS&TY will be the headliner for the first May 16th event. Aside from that, there’s still a bit of mystery surrounding what else the entire series might have in store for us. Here’s what else we know.

The Potent team is no stranger to providing Denver with a good party. In fact, this event was already a screaming success once last year when Mr. Bill headlined the rooftop event in August with Frequent, PhLo, and LoWpro. providing direct support. Potent’s Production Manager, Kyle Macbeth, is keeping most of this year's production plans a secret for now, but if last year’s 32 LED panel’s on a 12x16 stage tells us anything it’s that there’s gotta be big plans in store to go along with this years 4 additional dates. Stay tuned as the details roll out.

The first date in this series will be here before we know it on May 16th and tickets are already for sale! The rest of the dates are just about all else we can tell you about this series, for now. On the first week of June on the 6th, two dates in July, the 6th and the 18th and a final date Aug 15th. The July 6th date will be the one and only afternoon session so be sure to jump on tickets early for that 4th Of July weekend as it's certain to sell out! Each date will represent a new artist, music style, and/or genre all together so whether you can catch them all or just one or two dates, be sure to keep your eyes peeled as the good times begin to roll out!

“Potent stems from the word Potential, which is something that co-founders Kyle Macbeth and Diana Hentschel saw an abundance of in each other from the day they first met at Electric Forest Music Festival. With a fast blossoming friendship, the pair found themselves surrounded by a group of people who played the roles of talented musicians, visual artists, aspiring healers, yoga teachers, photographers, videographers, writers, and overall creators. Kyle and Diana sought to establish a platform that provided opportunities for creation and collaboration. The idea was that they could reinvest heavily into their art community by producing high quality events that resonate on a deeper and more memorable level with the performing artists and attendees. Potent took off initially as an event production company, and grew quickly in to an artist management collective, now representing a talented roster of musical acts that spans across several genres of music. Potent Productions plans to continue to grow as an artist-representing agency, event production and media platform, and promises to stay true to their roots of collaboration based projects by pouring passion and love in to everything they do.”
